Since 2022, I have been living with my family in beautiful Malaga, southern Spain. In recent years, I have started my business Hola Anouk, which includes:
“Casa de la Montaña”. Three fully furnished holiday apartments and a beautiful roof terrace in the heart of the pueblo blanco Sayalonga.
Anouk loves to Cook, where I get to organise amazing retreats or romantic private dinners, themed parties and tapas workshops as a chef!
Creator and co-founder of the Axarchicas business club for Dutch-speaking entrepreneurial women here in Malaga.
As you can see, I don't like to sit still and I love diversity.

In November 2022, we purchased an authentic village house in the beautiful white village of Sayalonga. The house has three apartments spread over three floors. There is also a cosy roof terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.
We transformed this casa into a successful holiday rental called “Casa de la Montaña”:
When you stay at Casa de la Montaña, you really become part of Spanish life and feel as if you have stepped back in time. Enjoy the authentic Spanish atmosphere in a stylishly renovated flat.

After living in Spain for three years, I felt ready to take the next step. I already knew that cooking made me happy. Trying new dishes, spending hours in the kitchen with music playing in the background, meal prepping, and pampering visitors with delicious food. Creating flavours, colours and textures had a calming effect on me. But I couldn't believe that I could turn it into my job.
Now I can call myself a retreat chef and I prepare meals and tasty snacks with lots of love and a personal touch. I am so grateful that I get to do this.

During my ventures in the Axarquía, I discovered that there was no business club for self-employed women in this region. Together with my friend Nancy, we started the Axarchicas and enjoy pleasant, but above all helpful meetings: Together we are strong!
The Axarchicas meet regularly in Torre del Mar to share their expertise and enjoy good company with tasty snacks and drinks.
We focus specifically on Dutch-speaking women in the Axarquía.
